Dynamic Maps

Defining a Category Moment

When we introduced a groundbreaking new way to search for homes, and one of our largest ever product launches, I developed a campaign that became Realtor.com’s historically strongest-performing broadcast and social initiative, introducing consumers to a richer, more intuitive way of exploring real estate data.

Translating the product’s core innovation—dynamic color layers that visualize complex housing data in real time—into a bold, compelling narrative was a unique challenge. From a motion-first perspective, I developed a cohesive creative theme that extended across every touchpoint, from the App Store and social media to print, out-of-home, and broadcast.

Working under aggressive timelines and intense visibility, I personally created the campaign’s ten flagship broadcast spots while leading a team of designers in producing a broad ecosystem of supporting digital and social content. Simultaneously, I partnered with the talented team at Polyester to direct a signature 3D-animated hero film that served as the centerpiece of the launch campaign.

Augmenting an already robust filter set including environmental risks and transportation, the Dynamic Maps systems dovetail with familiar categories while allowing data previously buried in individual listing's to be surfaced and understood at a glance.

Reba at Scale

A Historic Brand Investment

As part of a major strategic shift in Realtor.com’s marketing approach, our team secured an endorsement partnership with Reba McEntire—the largest celebrity investment in its 30-year history. Maximizing the value of a limited production window with an A-list talent required meticulous planning, cross-functional coordination, and a content strategy designed to capture months of campaign assets in just a few days of production.

Through careful orchestration, strong creative partnerships, and disciplined execution, we produced a comprehensive suite of broadcast, radio, digital, and social assets— right down to new hold music for our Customer Care— that supported the campaign across the full marketing funnel. The result was a highly effective body of work that helped drive significant gains in brand awareness, engagement, and market visibility.

Retail Engine

Broadcast at News-Cycle Speed

Tasked with leading Realtor.com’s holistic motion design strategy, I was responsible for bringing the company’s broadcast production capabilities in-house after decades of reliance on external agencies and production partners. Working within a highly data-driven marketing organization and a news-cycle-paced production environment, I developed a flexible motion system that balanced creative consistency with speed, collaboration, and scale.

The resulting framework embraced the bold visual simplicity proven to perform best with audiences while enabling rapid iteration across a wide range of campaigns and messaging needs. Over FY25, the system powered more than 30 broadcast spots—many of which became some of the highest-performing placements in company history.

A versatile, nimble approach centered on testing, research, and brand density

As part of a broader creative transformation, this approach evolved into a foundational pillar of Realtor.com’s Retail Engine Marketing practice, establishing a scalable model for future campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social channels.
