In-App Calling Vision
As part of a team grounded in user research and testing, I explored how calling could be seamlessly integrated into the Instagram experience. I developed practical concepts for initiating and receiving calls, collaborating over voice, and embedding core phone functionality within the existing interface without disrupting its flow.
These explorations contributed to the vision documentation that Meta is now using as a foundation for bringing these features to users.
